Founded by Luigi Davoli, M.P.S., Fire Officer IV, Frontline Leadership Consulting is built on nearly three decades of operational, command, and executive leadership experience. From frontline emergency response to strategic command, organizational policy development, incident review, and officer development, Luigi has led where leadership matters most—when the stakes are high, and decisions have lasting consequences.
